Text messaging via EKM

A feature to allow website owners to text message customers directly via the EKM portal, ideally with chat history so you can see and read previous sent and received messages.

Either with the ability to sync with the website owner's existing mobile number and provider, or via (probably a paid for subscription) EKM's own network but allowing the shop owner to change the Sender's name so that when the customer receives the message it would display on their messages as being received from the website's name i.e. DPD, Argos, etc etc.
